We were a significant part of the Management Consulting Practice dedicated to introducing and executing the first-ever Internet-delivered consulting practice. Trade-named "Ernie", this highly innovative tool was a precursor to many of today's well-established knowledge-based search and delivery platforms. All told, we had a shovel-ready team of around 60 people engaging in front-line consulting. Our knowledge-provider network ran through all areas of E&Y; there wasn't a question we couldn't answer! Incidentally, 'Ernie' is now part of the permanent record in the Computerworld Smithsonian archives. Now that's very cool.

Activities: Very active in the Inter-Fraternity Council. It's where I first learned the value of teamwork. Intramural sports; worked a lot of hours in the Phys Ed building, as well as Student Registration. Nothing like a state school to meet an excellent cross-section of people. Highly recommend it.
